Back On Track

Weight: 260.5

Late Breakfast:
2-slices of wheat bread, 1-slice turkey, and 1-tbsp light mayo (273)

Lunch:
Macaroni & cheese, 1-tbsp of butter, and 1/2 cup skin milk (840)

A friend and I walked the greenbelts with Lulu for 4.7 miles in 1-hr 15-minutes for an average pace of 17:00. Ran for 6-minutes and covered 0.54 miles for an average pace of 11:22

When I got home I did the scheduled upper body workout AND the lower body workout I skipped yesterday:
3 x 10 wrist curl 25#
3 x 10 reverse wrist curl 8#
3 x 10 alternate bicep curl 15#
3 x 10 seated bicep curl - bar #10
3 x 10 lying triceps curl 15#
3 x 10 standing triceps curl - bar 10#

Half-way through the walk I felt a "hot-spot" on my right foot. Near the end I felt a similar spot on my left foot as well, but not as bad. When I was done, I saw that I had blisters on the ball of both feet. Somewhat odd, because I seldom get blisters. I'll try walking in different shoes and see if that helps.



I'm still in shock from the massive weight increase. Its 4 lbs MORE than I weighed Saturday morning. I keep telling myself it wasn't a "true" 4-lbs of fat gain. Plus, a lot of the reviews for the detox/cleanse says they experience weight gains during the 10 day program. There was some bad eating, but at least I haven't missed any workouts and I'm still on the detox/cleanse. That has to be good for something, right?

Dinner:
Hamburger Helper 'Cheesy Baked Potato', 8-oz ground turkey, 1.5-cup skim milk (980)

Total calories for the day; 2,093

Today is my FAVORITE show, Biggest Loser, but the woman renting my room came out and TOLD me she wanted to watch another show. So, I guess I'll watch my show later. URG. This roommate situation is not going to work out.
