Early Day Off

Due to my work schedule I decided to move my day off. With meetings and training it would be challenging to find the extra time for a 7-miler today.

I've been tired the last few days, so the early day off is exactly what I need.

Even though it was a day off from running, I managed to squeeze in an upper and mid-body weight training session. Hopefully I'll get 9 hours of sleep tonight... if all goes well here at work.
