6-Miles at Work

Fair run today.
I spend a lot of time looking over my running log. With that said, wanta know what I'm excited about today? Those 10:00++ minute miles are slowly fading away. In their place are the occasional high eight minute mile(s). These are the things that make me happy. Oh yeah, the wife and kid make me happy too!

I made another proactive measure to better my running route at work. Today I ran a larger loop, which involves going around the Arson Investigators Office and the Humble Crime Lab. The new route is seven loops for 2 miles rather than the old 10 loops for the same distance (that's 12 less turns per 2-miles). I continue to change directions at the half way point.

My knees are sore, but everything else is fine.

Activity: Easy Run
Mileage: 6 miles

Location: Humble Fire Department

I'm looking forward to Friday, the off-day. Not only will my wife and I celebrate out wedding anniversary, but I have promised her I won't take my food scale, nutritional log book, and caloric value book into the restaurant. No calorie counting, so I'll try to make wise choices and watch the binge eating.

Hi Bill,
i know that this may sound like spam,
but in case that you would like to
archive your goals online, check out
my new project at www.endorphinum.de

I have just started to translate it
into english, but as i am no native
speaker, there may be some wrong
english expression here and there.
Nevertheless hope that it would be
of help for you.

Greetings from Hamburg
in Germany,
Carlos

Who was that just zoomed by?

Why, I believe it was Wild Bill!

I'm not sure; can't barely see
him from the side anymore. Too
durn skinny.

Stinkin' humid at the SMART run
last night. Park was nearly empty
with the threatening weather; we
had about 20 on hand. No desire
for a muddy trail run so Jackson
Hill was the target.

Happy anniversary you young rascals.
