At work today.
Still not feeling in tip-top shape when I woke up this morning. Didn't get to bed till mid-night, so I drove to work this morning. After completing my am duties I laid down for a 3-hour nap. It's amazing the difference sleep makes. The nap made all the difference in the world with my physical and mental wellness. I feel so much better!
Also packed a healthy lunch and have calories to spare... which seldom happens
Ran 2 miles around the station and cycled on the recumbent bike for 1:17:00.
