Diet

Something is wrong with my diet. I've been struggling all day and hungry every waking minute.

Houston heat has returned. Our short-lived "cool front" is all but gone. Actually, it wasn't much of a cool front, but rather a drop of a few degrees and a large decrease in the humidity due to the North wind.

Too hot for me today, so I ran on the treadmill.

Run:

Immediately after finishing the run portion of my workout I transitioned to the recumbent bike. Not much to say about a recumbent bike ride. I just sat there pedaling.
