My knee is sore from yesterdays run. Luckily, no sharp pain.

Bill, happened to see your comments. The doctor who did my knee last year is David Mack with Advanced Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. I was happy with his work and he is a runner too. Web site is www.advancedosm.com. Might be worth a second opinion for you.

Thanks Jim! Of all the recommended docs I've received from running friends, Dr. Mack is the first one who is in my "network".

Just wanted to wish you and Erin a very happy 2007. Cool tune (no YOU won't back down)! Remember down is not out! Keep your head & heart in the right place, the rest will come... And no, you haven't said Houston is out. Just be smart between now and then, listen to your body somewhat and give yourself a small break...
