More of the same

The leg pain is slightly better. Still the occasional pain when walking, but not as bad as yesterday. I'm considering the Astros Race for the Pennant 5k, but simply as a jog. If the run is uneventful I will continue with my scheduled 12-mile long run Sunday. If the pain is worse during or after the race I will take 4-5 days off before I try again.
