The gym workouts reveal I have lost muscle strength.

The knee wasn't too bad today. I have a doctors appointment in the morning. My guess is patella tendonitis.

Hmmm...I am not sure I will have that "guilt-free" feeling I usually have towards eating after a race!!

Somehow I sense a lack of congruency with this race and the healthy aspect of running...I don't know...maybe it's just me... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Even just reading about it made me feel a little pukey...

Sounds like the perfect run! Can we do a version of this here? Perhaps with Shipleys since Krispy Kreme is gone?
