For a change of scenery I decided to ride my road bike around Duessin Park. I never knew the role wind plays in cycling. The breeze was fierce off the lake, which is evident in my pace. Scheduled 20 miles, but I faded quickly after the first 5 miles. The ride was at ~3pm and I had only consumed about 600 calories until that point. Essentially, I was not properly fueled for the ride. Oh well, I enjoyed myself.

Oh yeah, the wind can royally suck on a bike. You just gotta tell yourself that at some point is has to be at your back instead of in your face, right?
