At work today.
Two consecutive days without knee pain. Time to get back on schedule. I decided to run on the treadmill after considering the acute slant of the road and amount of turns around the station. My knee felt good, so hopefully last Thursday's aches were only phantom pains.
Eight minute warm-up, 14 minute run, and eight minute cool down.
First full mile since April 8, 2009. The walk pace was 20:15... now I'm positive the treadmill needs to be calibrated. It doesn't effect me much, because I'm running for time, not mileage.
