5-mile Walk

Not much to talk about today. Walked a bunch before and after my run through the greenbelts. Taylor rode her bike along side of me and acted as my personal water support crew.

Walk:

Run:
2.7 miles

12:37 pace

Waited till 8pm to hit the gym. Makes me laugh how I'm able to walk out the door for 2-hours of cardio, yet the entire day I dreaded the lil ole' 20-minutes worth of weight training.
