The knee is improving, albeit slowly. Walked one-mile to test the waters. The walk was slow and uneventful. Over the last two days my calf and posterior knee has been getting sore. Several times during the day I try to flex and extend my injured leg to increase the range of motion.
Andrea massaged my injured leg, which made it feel soooo much better. I think the massage did me a lot of good.
I've made tons of 'excuses' to let the dieting slip over the last couple weeks. I need to get back on track.
