Test Ride

First bike ride sense the surgery. Its been 8 days and my knee feels good. I went for a test spin on my street to see if the movement would be tolerated.

After the successful test spin, I loaded Preston in the bike seat and we cycled to a local Red Box to return a movie. Three miles there and three miles back. No issues whatsoever. Actually, I was a bit tired. Weird how fast you lose fitness when you sit on the couch all day with your leg elevated.

Several hours after the ride I had a weird aching in the posterior knee. Not sure what it was. One-hour with an ice pack and the issue went away.
