Back to my usual routine. The staples are still in place, but the pain is all but gone. My range of motion is about 80%. There is minor sensations of tightness around my knee when I flex, which I assume is a result of the staples pulling at the skin.
Rode my trail bike today with meaningful effort.

I also did some weight training, which has been neglected for more than 2-weeks.

Tonight was Alison's second softball game. She scored their first run and started a fire that resulted in a 15 to 9 win.
