The kids have been home most of the day due to early release. Between the kids and rain my opportunities to run were limited. Right now I'm at work, covering for Wyatt. He worked for me yesterday while I was at PIM. This evening I'm paying back the favor.
As soon as I got to the station I ran 3-miles. My legs felt heavy, but it was a nice easy run.
