Back at work today.
At the end of a busy work day I found myself in the gym. The session started with a walk on the treadmill, which was followed by strength training. Walking/running at the same effort level is always slower on a treadmill. Not sure, but it is.

I've had a headache all day and I'm hopeful it will subside soon.
