I spent twenty-eight glorious minutes walking on the greenbelts. It really, really felt good out there. The temperature was near perfect on the trails and my body was full of bottled-up energy. The feeling was short lived, but it felt great while it lasted.
Afterward I lead Andrea through a four circuit bootcamp using a small (12-inch) ball. From the exterior it looked and seemed easy. We both confessed to one another that it was tougher than we expected, as evidenced from our sweat and exhaustion!
