First run in more than 8-weeks!!! And boy, it felt good!
I've made a custom schedule for myself to build base mileage and allow my knee additional time to fully recover. Today I ran for 2-minutes and walked for 28-minutes.
Since I'm on duty today I decided to run at the Humble City Park, which has a nice crushed granite surface.
