I woke up early enough to walk/run before going to work. The run was harder than expected, but I always feel tight in the morning. After the workout, I cycled the routes to determine distance and pace.

At work I had a wild-hair to do a one repetition test for my bench press. I went through the dumbbells up to 70 pounds and had to move to the bench press machine. From there I maxed out at 215 pounds. My training weight is going to be a lot higher than I suspected.
