Out of Shape?

It's warm out there, no matter what time you exercise. I started at 8am. Twenty-two minute walk, 8-minute run, which was followed by an upper-body workout.

On the run I realized I'm out of shape. Naturally, I'd like to blame the heat, but I think the burden rest solely on my shoulders. The run felt great.... once I finished, yet my breathing was getting out of control.

Strength training went well. Thankfully tomorrow is my off-day. I'm feeling tired.
