Yuck

Am I really this slow? Started today's run pushing Alison in her jogging stroller along the greenbelts. Run was cut short due to the heat and humidity. I can tough out a miserable run with a little whining, but Alison was sweating... so it was a no go.

After getting home I finished the final two miles on the treadmill.

I'm tired. It may be due to lack of sleep, but I simply don't feel like running. Additionally, my legs are tired, they ache, and are heavy.
