At work today. I SHOULD be at the Houston Half-Marathon. It's sad to think that I have an overpriced half-marathon entry bib sitting at home, not being utilized.
...there's always next year, right?
I did my own thing at work. One-hour worth of a walk/run regimen. If my math is correct, I ran nearly 1.9-miles and walked 2.5 miles. It took several laps for my knee to ease into the run. Afterwards it felt fine.
