Back to Work

Recovering from a long weekend. Had a great time.... picture to follow, when I have time. The 'scale' weight gain was so ridiculous I couldn't bare to write it, so all I'm posting is the 7-day average.

Breakfast: 420
Lunch: 740
Dinner: 1,000

Mountain Bike: 6.47 miles, 30:17 (12.3 mph)
Lower-body workout

Total Calories: 2,160

As you can see, my calories ran over. It was a math issue more than anything else. When I ate dinner, I assumed breakfast was smaller than it actually was.

I reverse-engineered the numbers and backed into your current weight. 390, right?
