Run: 4.0 miles, 41:56 (10:29 pace)
Walk: 0.31, 5:02 (15:59 pace)
Upper-body workout

Glad Steve joined me for the run... I was able to push the distance without stopping and the pace was better than my norm. Unfortunately, the foot pain is back. It hasn't hurt since Friday, which is the last time I ran.
