I probably understated how easy yesterdays run was. It might have been the easiest run I have ever ran, albeit only a single mile.
Today is my only off day this week. I'm trying to run 6-days a week. I've replaced a couple off days and threw in some really easy stuff... like yesterdays single mile.
Had to re-group my push-up challenge schedule. I started over on level one of week three. The workout is still plenty tough. Almost didn't finish again, but I managed to get them in as prescribed.
