I'm on the back side of a 48-hour shift.
Brittany suggested I take Thursday off and do some upper body training Friday (today). Every time we got started we would got a call. After the third interruption, I decided to give up.
Here's what Westin Davis , Steve Forbes, Thomas Farrow, and me accomplished:
0.50 Brisk walk
5 x 1-minute jump rope
2 x agility ladder push-ups (24 total)
3 x 15 dumbbell row with 10 lb weight
1 x agility ladder, walk on hands and toes.
Its not much, but hey.... its better than nothing. I really wished we could have finished, we were having a lot of fun!!!
