I've now missed three runs in 2.5 weeks. Its hard NOT being a slave to the schedule, but I really hate missing a scheduled run. Probably has something to do with my paramilitary mindset (I like schedules).
With the help of Caryn Honig, I have been able to maintain the same weight without ANY gains. All that changed when I started running again. I'm up four pounds in the last two weeks. Weight loss and fitness is so weird!
