Alison ran the 1k in a blazing 10:30. Kevin surprised everyone with a speedy 43 minute run. See, that is all the proof you need. Become a Strider, run faster.

Erin, captured the photos. She volunteered to watch Alison, while I ran my race. This also enabled Alison to run the Kids 1k.
