At work today.
Rest day. Two weeks ago I adjusted my mileage and started running 6-days a week. I've decided Friday will be my "off-day". Although my legs feel strong, I'm trying to let them have a little R&R.
I'll be glad to run tomorrow morning. My head is a little foggy. I could use a nice slow run.
87 push-ups. I'm at the mid-point of the push-up challenge.
