It's nice to visit an old friend, my workout gym. Today I lifted 50% of my usual weights during a mid-body workout. After WEEKS of being stuck on the couch, it felt good to breath the hot outside air and feel sweat roll off my brow.
I've been keeping my word to read one chapter per day in my ACE manual. Today I finished chapter 11. Not bad, only seven more chapters to go! Can't allow myself to get too excited, I still have the accompanying study guide and workbook to complete.
