My knee went through a 3-4 day silent period only to rear its ugly head once again. No activity, so I'm confused what is irritating it. Whats even more odd; I have two bruises. One is the size of a quarter and located anterior side, medial aspect, slightly superior to patella. Second bruise is smaller and located diagonally from the main bruise. Anterior side, lateral aspect, and slightly inferior to patella. The pain at night (during sleep) started again as well.
What tha fuck?
