Today is the DAY

Its been a long, bumpy, challenging road, but today I met the first of my weight loss goals. Sure, a bit of this is water loss from last night's run, but give me my 15 seconds of fame!

Today's Weight:
197.75

Next weight loss Goal: Sub-175 before the end of the year

Hey, you were rehydrating just fine at The Great Charcoal Chicken, go ahead and consider it real, permanent weight loss from a nasty but satisfying workout. Did you sleep well?

Believe you've reached several other important milestones. A couple are mindset-related, to wit: "Tomorrow we're *** only doing 10 miles ***" and "I regularly train at 9:xx pace." Best milestone, of course, is the celebration of another year of marriage :-)

Congratulations Bill. Jon and I may have the Clydesdale classification to ourselves soon. I'll be seeing your backside fade in the distance ahead in the fall races.
