Something huge just went down. Definitely too personal to blog about. Went running. My stress-level is at maximum tolerance! I suppose I'm on a break, because I'm going to stop here and run some more.

Oh boy, did I ever have one of those days yesterday! It pleases me and scares me that this is the order in which I solve problems and deal with stress:
1. talk to God
2. talk to Dale
3. RUN
See, I want to run before I start dealing with the problem and that might not always be the best thing to do. Some problems require quick and decisive action! Ok, maybe my list isn't so bad after all... running helps clear my mind and maybe I can make better decisions AFTER I run = )
I'm sorry for your troubles but I'm glad you can run!
